Well... that just happened

So I'm trying the last strike tutorial in the base game, you know, the one that basically starts out saying: "Go ahead, use nothing but your cruise missiles, see what happens!" So I decided to use nothing but my cruise missiles...

...and ended up shutting down both runways. Now I'm pretty sure that's not supposed to happen, have the game mechanics changed since the tutorial was put together?

You're correct. That's not supposed to happen. I'll be able to take a look at it in a couple weeks. In the meantime I'd be curious if the other bits work as intended.
