[FIXED B1009.27.3]Database Viewer issue after update to 1.15

Hi , my CMANO just updated to version 1.15 , as soon as I check the weapons tab , the database viewer just popup a series of error messages. This error still happen after reinstall the game and it will happen on every scenarios. Tested with windows 7 or windows 10

Hi, can you please describe in great detail (step by step would be ideal) what you are doing in order to get the error? Thanks!

1. Load a scenario (I will use "Duelists , 1989")
2. Select a surface unit (like HMS Newcastle)
3. Click on weapons , it will popup weapons for HMS Newcastle windows as usual
4. Close the weapons windows and click the unit name to open database viewer
5. Database viewer windows will popup with error messages

Edit : If you use weapon name to open database viewer, it will show up database viewer without error but if change type to aircraft , ship or submarine and select a entry , the error will popup again.
