Choppy Animations Fix?

Hi,

Choppy animations. This was a small bug mentioned a while ago. Explosions exhibiting most of the behaviour but also sometimes unit movement.

My edition is up to date but I still see the problem. Is there a fix for this?

I have it running on a 4GB RAM dual-core 3.06GHz CPU PC with Windows 10; no issues so far. What are your system specs? Any particular thread or reference to the past fix you can remember, too?
