Informational Popup location

Is there a setting somewhere to adjust where informational popups appear? When one picks an Airgroup, the popup appears over the base, obscuring the Search Arcs for the selected Airgroup. Rather than having to scroll over, it would be nice if the popup appeared off to the side somewhere.

You can usually get the map to scroll out from under the pop-up box by holding the mouse against one of the game window sides. The scroll is slow but it gets the job done.
I am unaware of the Search Arcs key Z showing the arcs for just the selected group - AFAIK it always shows the some of the Nav Search arcs for all the groups at the base. I guess you are trying to equate the settings in the Air Unit window with what you see displayed by the Z key but if other Air Units have been set for the same arc, you will not know it without checking them.
