Free Chinese Units

After China lose a unit in certain cities, a free one will show up as "Survivors of ..." in the next turn, does anyone know which cities do and which ones don't? As this is very important in planning your defense.

I know Nanning does, and Changsha doesn't (?). There is a difference between human and AI players too, as AI seems to get a free one from almost every city but not human player.

Hi

China (both human and AI controlled) receives the following armies:

New Army In Sian After Fall Of Chengchow
New Youth Army In Chungking After Fall Of Chengchow

Additionally:

A half strength Corps will deploy in Lanchow when the Axis approach it.
A Corps will deploy in Urumchi if Lanchow falls.
A Corps will deploy in Chungking if Nanning falls.
A Corps will deploy in Urumchi if Sian falls.
A Corps will deploy in Urumchi if Golmud falls.

Somehow I thought AI gets more free units, but I could be wrong...
