But I really like how Hubert has always called out people that have reported bugs that needed to be fixed in his patch notes and give them credit for their finds.

Just one more reason I'll buy his games and play them a few times even though I make not like them.

Although I will admit WaW is the first one that I bought that I did not like and will likely never play again without major changes.

If a DLC/bigger map/etc. comes along, then I'll fire it up again.

But the customer service that Hubert and Bill show the community should be the gold standard for developers everywhere. Absolutely awesome job guys.

I can totaly agree. But i have to say, that i enjoy WaW more than WiE. After all tastes are different.
