what to do with HQs stuck in bulgaria

I have some German corps HQs stuck in bulgaria after the surender of rumania, What can i do with them? i won't be able to drive land units across rumania to the border so it seems i can't move them out. Is disbanding the only option left?

I think you can try the Relocate Unit option. If that doesn't work, just move them towards the Serbian border. You can get them on rails and move them to Germany after that. I would advise against disbanding Corps HQ as you need them.

relocation displaces them inside bulgaria. Although the HQs have 50mp normal or rail movement don't work inside bulgaria. looks like the only solution would be to drive units acroos the border so they can move out but that won't be possible. In the current messy situation.

Just leave them, you don't need them.

do you have saves prior to this situation and the current situation. Might be some bug to hunt.
I would have guessed the relocate option would bring them back to valid territory.
