One thing the allied player has to do early war is prioritise which War Area(s) get the reinforcements and modern equipment upgrades and which ones have to make do. I understand that Chiang Kai Shek chose to keep it all for his Central Reserve troops, as protection against both the Japanese Army but also as insurance against other domestic threats, but we can freely pick our own favourite War Area / General to send all the modern equipment to.

To alleviate the pains one has with Chinas OOB: right now I've started to draw a map that shows all chinese units on december 7, 1941.
