[FIXED B1009.27.6] Black Gold Blitz Broken?

Hi,

I was streaming Black Gold Blitz this afternoon and ran into a problem when playing Saudi Arabia. I couldn't see the initial ballistic missile strike lobbed at me by Iran, nor would planes auto-launch on missions to which they were assigned, nor would the enemy launch any planes of their own for patrols. I was able to recreate this twice during the stream on two separate scenario loads as well as once after the stream. During the stream I tried to troubleshoot by verifying the integrity of my game files via Steam. 2 files were seen as bad and were fetched. Upon reload of the game and scenario, the same problems continued to plague me. Someone in chat recommended I try to update the scenario to the latest DB in the editor, but that gave me an error. I am running the most recent build 998.20. One other viewer of the stream loaded their own copy of Black Gold Blitz and reported they had the same issues as me.
