are sub convoy attacks pinpointed like raiders?

Axis raider attacks on convoys are noted with a general area for the allied player.
Are axis submarine attacks likewise noticed as to general area?

Although the replay and loss to the capital ship will give you an idea of the area it happened but there is no icon with a ? that persists
