Are there any instructions on how to install all these wonderful looking MODS in Steam?

The Historical Flag Mod has a Matrix version and a Steam version, and comes with instructions for both.

There's a quick and dirty back door for installing any mod in Steam. Go to that game in the Steam Library and right click on it.

The last item on the menu that will appear is properties. Click on it, and one of the middle tabs that comes up will take you to Local Files.

Once you're there you can start installing mods to your hearts content, as long as you pay attention to what everything's path is supposed to be.

I now test all my mods in Steam first because you can get inside the game files faster through the Steam library once you get the hang of it.
