Can't seem to right click to do an airfield attack

I can't seem to get any of my air units to perform an airfield attack when I right click it just assigns a normal bombardment attack.

Another words, there is no context menu when you right click on the map with an air unit select so as you can select air field attack.

I am running 4.1.0.21 on a Windows 10 VM.

Thoughts?

I tried 10, 25, 50 and 100 and nothing shows up (no context menu).

BTW I can see other context menus, like for ground units. But just not the Attack Airfield nor Bridge.

There is no setting value for 0 but there is one for 1, and that was the ticket. Thanks for the assist.

And "Duh!" on 3.3.2 sorry I missed that, but thanks again for the help.
