can mods & scenarios be installed on steam version?

The sequel of the legendary wargame with a complete graphics and interface overhaul, major new gameplay and design features such as full naval combat modelling, improved supply handling, numerous increases to scenario parameters to better support large scenarios, and integrated PBEM++.

can mods & scenarios be installed on steam version?

Hi,

I noticed a few in steam workshop. But generally speaking if we find a mod or scenario here can we install it on the steam version of the game?

Yes. Just put it in the appropriate folders.
