[FIXED B1009.27.12] Build 1009.27.11 update bug

Just installed the last update to build 1009.27.11. As soon as I open up a subsidiary window (Mission Editor, Message Log, OOB) the banner along the top of the main screen and the other windows all begin to flash off and on and the windows start to flicker. I've tried it on both new scenarios and saved games and it is the same for both.

The same thing happened to me in B1009.27.10 but disappeared in B1009.27.11 !

Here too with the flashing Windows bars, started with Build 1009.27.10 and is also present using 1009.27.11. Both the main screen and Log window show the flashing.

I went from 27.9 to 27.11 without loading 27.10, if that is significant. I did not test it in campaign mode; problem went away when I reloaded 27.9 which ran fine.

A temporary fix might be to disable the external log window, if you really need to CMANO before the hotfix
