Would appreciate if someone else could duplicate this series of steps and see if they see the same thing. It is not something that is non-functional as in a show-stopper bug, but it strikes me as misleading.
Okay, first start the game, enter the scenario editor, and then invoke the force editor. The equipment I chose for this example is the very last fixed wing aircraft, the Yugoslav Jastreb:

I right click on the Jastreb to access the ability to edit its parameters:

Anti-personnel strength reads "6". I click on the button to edit the anti-personnel strength:

The box in which I can edit shows the AP strength as "12" -- which is the value entered into the equipment file (the AP strength times two for fixed wing aircraft vice the times eight for other equipment.) I then click the checkmark button to accept the value displayed ("12"):

And now, the AP strength reads not "6", but "1".

Okay, if one follows the "X8" guidance given on the editing screen, one could enter "48" to keep the "6" rating ... but the initial display of "12" is at best confusing.
Question: Am I doing something wrong, or interpreting the indicators on the screen wrongly? Has this already been identified and fixed in the .21 release? If so, my regrets for unearthing a dead bug.
Cheers
