V1.023. Update Issue

On updating, I found that the game would not start. I was getting an error message basically saying that it was unable to open "serialreg.txt".

The way I installed it was to:-

1. unzip the file in its own folder
2. Click on the "exe" file created.
3. It displayed my serial number (maybe after step 4 or during step 4)
4. It located and installed into my Armoured Brigade folder.
5. Installation was flawless.

To get the game working:-

1. I copied the "serialreg.txt" file from an old beta installation on another hard drive
2. Pasted it into the Armoured Brigade folder.
3. The game then works.

Sounds like you somehow deleted the serialreg.txt file earlier. I have no idea how this could had happened, but luckily you had your beta copy.
