Editing weapon ranges

Post by jaubrey »

Hello,
I've done a search in the forums but have not found anything about how to edit values in the database. I would like to update some Russian platforms like the Kh-101, etc. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You can't do that.

You can add weapons to a platform, but you can't edit the working functions (range, accuracy, etc.).

You could state your case to the developers and provide some documentation as to why (and what) the distance is not accurate.

As a last resort and as a workaround, you could use the WRA to LIMIT (reduce) the firing range of something, but there is nothing that could actually increase it.

You can’t edit them in the home version. That’s for the Professional License only. However if you present a change backed with evidence to the database suggestion thread in the “mods and scenarios” subforum you might see a change.
