How do I install Jisons map mod and a rainy day in russia with the steam version of the game?

How do I install Jisons map mod and a rainy day in russia with the steam version of the game?

Almost none of the links to the mods and the JSMGE thing work, and I don't know which folder to put the mods in. I haven't found a single working link to the JSMGE thing, which you need to get the mods to work. Also i dont think the mods are compatible with the latest version of the game. I dont know how to install mods outside of steam so if you could explain it like im 5 that would be nice. Thanks.

Instructions are in the downloaded zip. Its pretty simple to follow.

Can't answer about the other, if the mods are up-to-date with the latest.

open steam left click on WITE logo then you find local files on your PC
you need to replace some files there with the DL files
I save the old files on another place
