new ORANGE brass_cursor.png file

The usual yellow-ish brass cursor kept disappearing into my terrain so I made an orange one to replace the yellow one and now I can find it a LOT easier. The image below is an example from my D21 game. I'll post the new brass_cursor.png on the next post below.

And here's the brass_cursor.png file. Rename the old brass_cursor.png file and move this one to your Graphics Override folder.
