production summary and details

I have updated to the current version of the game. I am setting up my first global game using the current version.

The resource - production Summary & details screen (found under Info) takes a long long time to open up. It always opens, but it takes a good long time. Maybe 30 seconds? Previous was near instant.

Any thoughts regarding this? (I am checking this screen during the game setup)

Setup is not the best time to check Production Planning. Of course, for the Commonwealth it is important to get the convoys placed well for Production at the end of the turn.

During Setup, the program has trouble figuring out how to fulfill the mandatory Trade Agreements. It also is trying to use all the resources in Production. Without all the major powers having placed their convoys on the map accomplishing these goals is often impossible.
