Glitch or karma?

I used the editor to increase admin points for a campaign so I could spend them "reorganising" the way the German OOB lined up during the first turn. All was going well until I reassigned a Corps which incurred no admin point cost. The remaining admin points then automatically defaulted to 500 from well over a 1000. Having run a few tests it does appear that after increasing admin points in the editor and then spending 0 reassigning a unit has this an un/intended consequence. Any previous experience of this? Glitch or karma?

Refer attached saved game, look at the admin points available, reassign XXIII Corps from AGN to 18th Army and ...a very expensive free transfer...

Probably due to the 500pt limit each player has on admin points (12.1). Can't say why you lost them at this stage as any excess should be lost during the logistics phase.

Why not reassign the units in the editor instead of increasing the admin pionts?

Thanks Chris. Excellent question. I read somewhere while searching for something else on this forum a discussion about what to do with all those construction units that get dragged along in the blitzkrieg. A solution was to max the admin points in the editor and then banish them all back to where they are useful. So... one thing led to another...
