If CW want to lend lease Hurricane, how can they? Now it's showing "Force Pool" and I don't know how to chance that.

Go to the Soviets, and pick the Hurricane there, and give a request. This will give you the option to have the CW grant the request.

The recipient asks for the plane, and the grantor accepts or denies the request.

Out of curiosity, why do you want to give the Soviets a Hurricane? The CW needs it a lot more than the Soviets do. I would ask for the Buffalo, myself; combat value of 3 looks horrible, but it is the only non-twin engined FTR the CW has that can reach the three box of a sea zone. It is very useful in the Med. (This assumes that the Chinese have grabbed the Tomahawk.)
I thought I knew how to play this game....

No strategic bombing. No Ground Strikes. No rail movement.

German forces capture Gabes in Tunisia. Two other units reposition themselves on the Belgian border.

Terauchi gets disorganized in central China. Yamamoto concentrate his forces on Changsha.

Japan attacks Changsha. Yamamoto provide HQ support. The air force adds 5 points in ground support. I am assuming that China selects assault. Otherwise I can always go back and change to blitz.

The assault on Changsha is a success. But the margin was to close for comfort.
