Maybe if you run DOSBox on Mac?

It works on Linux with DOSBox, or at least it does for me.

The only issue I have in both Linux and windows is that it won't run in full screen, most likely since it was designed and developed for Win 95, Win 2000 and Win XP machines. Some have found ways to hack it to make it work sort of in full screen but since it has not been developed in over 16 years it is what it is.

Runs absolutely beautifully for me on a 2013 Macbook Pro using Parallels https://www.parallels.com/products/desktop/
