Cannot load Version 1.03

When attempting to download the newest version from the Matrix Website
I get Version 1.02 from the HTTP and FTP Servers.
The Webpage does state that it is suppose to be 1.03.

just tried from this link and for me it worked fine and is the correct version
Windows 11 Pro 64-bit (25H2) (26200.7309)

I still get 1.02

I have even cleared my Cache of my browser and still no affect.
