Are there any AAR's from the german side in the later campains?

Gary Grigsby’s War in the East: The German-Soviet War 1941-1945 is a turn-based World War II strategy game stretching across the entire Eastern Front. Gamers can engage in an epic campaign, including division-sized battles with realistic and historical terrain, weather, orders of battle, logistics and combat results.

The critically and fan-acclaimed Eastern Front mega-game Gary Grigsby’s War in the East just got bigger and better with Gary Grigsby’s War in the East: Don to the Danube! This expansion to the award-winning War in the East comes with a wide array of later war scenarios ranging from short but intense 6 turn bouts like the Battle for Kharkov (1942) to immense 37-turn engagements taking place across multiple nations like Drama on the Danube (Summer 1944 – Spring 1945).

Are there any AAR's from the german side in the later campains?

Post by Brandon_37 »

I have been looking for AAR's from the German side on the 42-45 and 43-45 grand campaigns and i haven't found any, I also haven't found any videos on Youtube. Night Phoenix was doing a campaign but he deleted his channel. I literally cant find any content on these scenarios anywhere. If anyone knows any AAR's can they give a link, or a title, or the person who posted it? Thanks in advance.

I was involved in this one which lasted to the end of summer 42 - it was described as the most detailed for that period

I cannot think of a recent later game Axis AARstarting in turn 1 otherwise. It is true that all of the most recent ones are from a Soviet perspective - for the good reason that later turns tend to be the Soviets winning. Xhoel's is an ongoing game now starting to get well into 1942 though. There are some from an Axis viewpoint but from patches before the game changed so much.
