I am an intermediate player looking for a Soviet player any level. (server or PBEM)

any 41-45 scenario
FOG - Check
FOG move - unchecked
lock HQ support - up to you if you want Soviet to be locked
non-random weather - check
reduced blizzard - check
soviet combat bonus - negotiable
CV mode - prefer better CV math
all other levels default
any other agreements are negotiable
