Cant start

It will load up the start menu, But when I click "Play Game" nothing happens, I've uninstalled and reinstalled but still nothing,

I've also changed the intro names like someone suggested on these forums but still not working.

I fixed the issue, Not sure how to delete posts on here (Since I can't find the button for it) but I got it fixed, The issue was with the admin

same issue, but mine is that WITE worked, however, when I bought WITW via steam, then both stopped working. I click to start and nothing, crashes. both of them...
it is sad that developers/or steam staff/ do not care/check this properly. We checked our money was "real".

why I, after buying a game, have to investigate this kind of issues..really, I am tempted to quite compute wargames and come back to boardgames..

Zakblood, you have serious problems with games. In my case, I WITE worked before without problem. After I bought WITW, both do not WORK. They dont even start. I tried the way of using admin privileges, which is surprising also, but even that it didnt work..

both game work fine, so anyone with a problem has errors elsewhere, so without a log or report it's hard to say what to do to fix it tbh, as any advice offered is just that, guess work,

so lets start off with the basic,

To obtain the DxDiag file:
1. Press Windows Key + R.
2. Type DxDiag and press Enter.
3. In the DxDiag window, click Save All Information.
4. Name the file "dxdiag" and click Save.

To obtain the MSInfo file:
1. Press Windows Key + R.
2. Type MSInfo32 and press Enter.
3. In the MSInfo diagnostic window, click File, then Export.
4. When the Export As window appears, choose Desktop.
5. Name the file "MSInfo" and click Save.

then go from there, attach the files to a reply in a zip format, then anyone from support can download and read and reply

steamservice.exe blocked by antivirus, but it never happened to other games from steam before, and nor for WITE until today, that I installed WITW.
where should i move this file? from programx86/commfiles/steam/

i can't advice on subject i don't know, first name the program, then i'll find the fix, anything to block steam, one of the biggest software packages out there, normally means your using something like avast or another free and very poor antivirus and firewall package, a good one has it already white listed, a none gaming one doesn't
