LF intermediate skilled Axis opponent...

I am kind of a beginner of the game looking for a long term campaign. 2-4 turns per week maybe. More possible but not less.

Im not sure what is the "standard" settings for a 1941 campaign?

Normal weather, +1 and Better CV math?

Also not sure how to play server games. Isnt it enough to password protect your LAN game?
