Looking for US opponent Scenario 16

I'm in the Australian timezone and am looking to play with the emphasis on fun and enjoyment.

Would like a good US opponent for Scenario 16.

100% Ship both sides, fixed reinforcement, IJN Sub Doc on.

Will be able to do minimum 1 turn per weeknight and more on weekend.

Will keep playing until both sides satisfied the game is complete.
