"S" line in Finland?

I've been looking in the manual and cannot for the life of me find what these capital white S's are NE of Helsinki.

Hi DadDM,

If the Russians reach any 'S' hex then the Finns will surrender.

There's some errata to the manual, post release, that's worth a look.

There's a link a above in the 'pinned' section of the forum under 'Manual Errata'
