World at War or War in Europe ?

I am thinking of buying Strategic Command but which of these two should I choose ? Does War in Europe include anything that World at War does not ? I cannot find any information about the differences except the scale.

Please help me out because I am mainly interested in the war in europe but only if I get something that is not included in world at war.

Well you get a better map for one thing It is pretty much the same system, but I prefer WiE over WaW simply due to the scale. My personal view is that WiE just 'feels' better to me than WaW.

It just depends on whether you want just the ETO or the entire world.
