Yes, thats it.
Looks like you have 2M more supplies than in scn1, you can afford to convert some merchant shipyard to naval.

Well it's a mod and I'm a test-subject. <grin>

I'm running a T1 VS the AI so I can see the starting difference between production and demand. I'll pass that on to Joe. He was talking about adding naval shipyards. But the other options are to reduce the ships offered to Japan or just tell the
Japanese player it's WAD (Working as Designed).

Joe added a lot of ships to this mod - German, Italian, more allied ships, The Philippines has its own navy... Joe is reviewing what he's put in the queue for both sides and then he will make adjustments or leave as-is. In correspondence we've had today, Joe noted that he didn't really understand the difference between the different types of ship and repair yards.

It's his mod - I'll let Joe figure out what he wants and then we'll go from there. I think both Joe and myself were a bit ignorant of the process. I've learned more about this process today - that's for sure. [:D]

Well, you are the tester. A suggestion for him, add up all of the Naval shipyard points needed for all of the ships times how long it takes to build. Then divide by the number of turns and that will give the amount of shipyard points with no acceleration. Just do one of each class and multiply by the number of ships in total. He can adjust as needed and/or the player might realize that he will need to build more if he wants all of his toys. Of course, you could do this as well. Make up a spreadsheet as it would be a little easier than using paper and pencil for memory purposes with the brain as the mathematical machine . . .
