Hi all! From my YouTube channel a follower of the game asks me the following question:

Edit countrys haven't dlc?
Hello, I have a question, can I edit countries that I haven't buy their dlc? example: edit Italy infantry without haven't it dlc.

I want to do a mod added some things, and I need know it.

The answer is... buy the DLC [:D]

As far as I know, you can access the DLC's graphics assets even without the DLC (by loading the files one by one in the database editor), and I've thought of borrowing some minor pieces for additional "kitbashed" units in my Chechnya mod (e.g. some turrets and uniforms on units that might be a good fit) - but decided against it, out of respect for the developers' work. I suggest that others do the same!
