Soviet Deputy Supreme Commander
there seems to be confusion among the Nazi allies: No movement from the Fascists allies on the Carpathian front. This proves a relief on our Southern Front that we must exploit.
Although the forces of the border are now unfrozen during the Soviet phase of turn 2, none are moved. On the road to Kiev our forces drop back to the river Sluch.

South Soviet Commander
... not too impressed with my opponent; T2 and he's not even past the Goryn river! I took the opportunity to mess with his supply again so my line should be fairly safe...
- Defending the Rumanian border to really frustrate AGS and delay building their rail from there
- Starting to dig in along the Dnepr, in the main cities and on the isthmus to the Crimea
..
I do expect to have to fall back quite a bit next turn, but this turn I thought it safe enough to severely delay AGS' advance.
