How to get email notification in PBEM++?

I heard we can get email notification when it's our turn in PBEM++ . But I have not receive this emails.
Besides, I invited an experienced opponent to play in 1.3. I will play either side.

When PBEM, upon completion of an opponents turn, the system will send out an email notifying you of your turn being ready. This assumes that you sign up on the system correctly.

I have get your message in the game ,which means Allies(me) should not diplomatic America which is unfair for Axis. I have not seen this view. If you think this is unfair , Ok let's just stop it. I donnot want to play a unfair game.
USA and USSR got so high Mobilization, it is mainly because you declare war to Indochia at begining. Yes this can cut off China supply from America, but also made USA and USSR Mobilization increase 10-15%.
