Interested in available documents, internet ofc, on OB, unit organization, equipment and tactics. Any recommendations?

There used to be interesting Red Thrust Star journal issues available online, but many of them have disappeared by now.

I recommend '66 Stories of Battle Command' to see how they trained in the NTC we have in the game.
