RIM-162 launches against incoming ASM then reacquires new target, a ship.

RIM-162 launches against incoming anti-ship missle and when it's seeker activates it acquires a new target, a nearby container ship.

I modifed the WRA so that the weapon would not be used against any surface targets.

I have attached a scenario and save game file.
