Upload File Failure: Error [15]- retry save?

I finished playing my turn on a server game and it's coming up with an error "Upload File Failure: Error [15]- retry save?". Is there any way to fix this without losing my turn?

it maybe a sever error, as it was reported last night and other forum isn't working this morning, so maybe a server error but as yet not confirmed

All fixed I think, says it's not my turn anymore so I'm assuming it uploaded ok.

Well I'm getting that "Query challenge falure - Error 15" message now

Getting multiple error messages for the past 48 hours. Can usually work through after several attempts. Even saw my opponent's units briefly as I tried to open a new turn. That was really weird. I closed it quickly and reopened and it loaded the correct side the second time.
