Interdiction scalar needed?

The sequel of the legendary wargame with a complete graphics and interface overhaul, major new gameplay and design features such as full naval combat modelling, improved supply handling, numerous increases to scenario parameters to better support large scenarios, and integrated PBEM++.

Interdiction scalar needed?

I have seen some people mention problems with interdiction and that it's somehow too strong.
Do we need some kind of scalar for interdiction like there is already for some other things in the game?

If duct tape doesn't fix it then you are not using enough duct tape.
