Barb Scenario Crashes at 1st Production

Barbarossa Scenario - US Entry Victory Check Bug Crash.

So, we started another Barbarossa Scenario - V2.7.1 with 1 player playing V3.01 and converting down to V2.7.1 at move share. Solitaire PBEM style.

When we reach 1st EOT and finish Production it launches into US Entry Options, and Victory check and crashes. Same result saving file at a couple spots during Production.

When we reach 1st EOT and finish Production it launches into US Entry Options, and Victory check and crashes. Same result saving file at a couple spots during Production.

The sequence of play has US Entry Options is way early in the End of Turn phases: it follows Partisans (see below). If you got to Production then the US Entry Options phase should not occur after that.

If you could provide a save at some point in the end of turn phases prior to the Victory phase, I would be able to investigate further.
