Attached here below please find my latest version of the mod of Barbarosa '41 that I've been working on for about two years now. This version adds a one-turn delay to several Soviet units to give the simulation of the shock and disorganization and loss of control the Soviet forces must have gone through during the early war period. Whoever
downloads and plays with this thing will be delegated beta testing powers. I'm playtesting it as we speak.
