All convoys report no contacts.

No news is good news.

As far as sub on sub action, when subs are in friendly territory they usually travel on the surface. After all, friendly fire is not more accurate or deadlier than enemy fire. In fact, friendly fire should not hurt at all . . .
Seek peace but keep your gun handy.

I'm not a complete idiot, some parts are missing! :o

1943 March 21

INVADED
Paoshan, Urumchi, Chungking are invested.

CHANGED OWNERSHIP

Overall
• No carrier sightings.

West Coast USA, Alaska, Hawaii
• Enemy sub activity near Dutch Harbor, Kodiak.

• All convoys report no contacts.

• Lots of ships finished upgrades at Pearl Harbor today. All of the APA will be ready in one more day; almost all of the warships are ready; in less than a week additional relevant ships including BB Massachusetts will arrive at Pearl from the Canal; two more convoys with additional APA, AK, and LST will arrive from the West Coast in about 10 days. Loading of assault convoys will await those additional ships.

Pacific
• Enemy sub activity near Pago Pago.

• All convoys report no contacts.

• Our advanced search bases are getting a lot more attention.
APD Whipple shadowed by Japanese Torpedo Bomber at 135,133 near Nonouti

• PB's are nimble.
Sub attack near Eniwetok at 128,110

Escort abandons search for sub

New Zealand, Australia, New Caledonia, New Hebrides, Solomons, Papua New Guinea, New Britain
• No enemy sub activity detected.

• All convoys report no contacts.

Philippines

DEI, Dutch new Guinea, Borneo, Malaya

China
• Bombardments, nuclear in Chungking.

• My guess is the day after tomorrow for a river-crossing shock attack near Paoshan. Notably the Empire is substantially reducing its position on the Burma side of Paoshan.

India, Burma, Thailand, Indochina
• Enemy sub activity near Bombay

• Shock attack by our armor tomorrow at Bhamo.

Japan, Korea, Manchuria, Russia

As far as your convoys and his subs go, no news is good news.

Perhaps an entire regiment after a supper of bully beef and beans?
