Problem with new Matrix Games website

Is anyone else unable to download Command : Modern Air/Naval Operations from their 'My page' on the new site?

I am trying to install on a new machine but clicking the download button gives

An exception has been thrown during the rendering of a template ("Parameter "name" for route "app_member_myaccount_downloadfile" must match "[^/]++" ("Command: Modern Air/Naval Operations PC Update v1.15.6" given) to generate a corresponding URL.").

Thanks. I raised it with Matrix support a week ago when the website was redesigned in the middle of me installing my games on my new machines but they seem to think only a small number of people are affected by various problems with the new website.
