Diplomatic Pouch text limit?

Post by Hellen_slith »

Can you see more of the message after the "..." those seem to be cut off. Is there a text limit? Or how do you display the whole thing, if possible? I mean in the message box for messages when you play on the server thing.

Sorry if this has been asked, I couldn't find anything about it.

There seems to be a limit I think it’s 32 characters, I tested with an opponent. You just have to break the sentences down when you type it in.

I've found a workaround.
Just type your sentences
in very short parts so
that it doesn't get
truncated by the game
engine.
Does the CIA still do wet work, from time to time, depending on the National Security threat say......?

Thanks! Man, that is messed up,
b/c I can tell at least two
people don't know that
you have to type
like Captain Kirk.

I've had a few "diplomatic pouches" run off into ..... territory, and its kind of weird that there is not a way to see the rest of the message, and double weird that when you are typing the message, that there is not warning or other indication that you have to

type
like
this

They could at least indicate where the 32 character limit is and automatically wrap it for you, or automatically wrap it on the receiving end. Sheesh!! Nobody tested this? Man.

I reported this at least a year ago and it's obviously low in the bug priority.
