[FIXED] Anomalous SRAM Behavior in BOL mode

The AGM-69 SRAM appears to be unable to function properly in the BOL mode. I have attached a save-file from the scenario "The 4th of July, 1989", in which several SRAMs have been launched in BOL. As can be seen from the save, the missiles continuously orbit their target points at max altitude (65000 ft), rather than impacting and detonating.
