Im trying to get just one sound for a particular tank main gun, or panzerschrek, baZooka ect ect....if anyone has firgured them out and can give me the numbers it would be much appreciated.
Figured out the 88s,Used spwaw 88 sound for.. stug h42, sherman105s, brumbars, but cant nail down most MBTs guns and AT weapons, seem to be 3 or 4 sounds for each.

In the OOB editor you can designate the weapon sound, or the movement sound for a particular gun or unit. The number you put in is the "base sound". The weapons sounds will be randomly picked from that sound or the 2 higher numbers. If you want the same sound all the time, copy the same sound and give it the 3 consecutive numbers.

That way you can overridde the "defaults"

Sound guys please correct me if I have that fouled up :-)

ok sorry Another post...
ok in the oob editor i clicked on germany(70)
then weapon (50mmkwk39/l60)..
In the box for sound there was a 0
so i enterd 378(the sound i wanted, then clicked quit...when i do this it promts me if i want to save, which i click "yes"
then it wont quit, everytime i hit the quit button i get the "save first?" message.
bug in the editor?
the only way i can exit the oob editor is to click "no" to the save prompt.

Ok i think i got it, i got it to save by clicking the "file" tab, then it let me exit, thanks anyway, geez what a pest huh? hehehe

The editor will prompt you to save if you make any changes, go back and hit "file" and save" to save, the prompt DOES NOT SAVE, if you say Yes - you have to go back and save it yourself. The message is simply a warning!!!
