Was playing against Silvermane (his ICQ name). We did a simple duel in heavies. We had a good game, though he took out my right arm in the late part of the game and I only suceeded in making his RT red... Near the end of the game he DFAed me... ouchies that hurt... but then he fell and almost killed his lower torso hehehe.

Good game, but I made a couple mistakes... one I scanned too much, two, I didn't turn on my shield. I didn't even see my shield yes I'm such a n00b. I would've killed him easily if I turned it on... he only had energy weapons... boggle me.

Nice fight, but not as impressive as the rematch we had a bit later on. Duel in mediums. I got stuck with a Gambler (2 LMC, 2 HMC, and a ML) while my renowned opponent got a Cataphract (2 GC, 2 GMH2). To make things worse, he was already crouching on a hilltop when I saw him first.

After chucking a load of gauss slugs and getting a second helping of GMHs, I managed to find cover in a forest (which I shall hereby name "Salvation Forest" and put under conservation). From there, I was able to plant a few meson grenades where they hurt; despite losing most of my leg armor I managed to damage both gauss cannons and a missile rack, ruining his chances to hit me.

Rejor then decided to charge, cannons blazing, allowing me to put some more mesons in his internal structure while keeping my head down and scanning him hard. By the time he arrived, he lost his left torso and was pretty much down to hand-to-hand as only option.

I kept running and gunning, giving up my cover for speed, and managed to damage some more insignificant internals when he managed to charge me. Big mistake. He fell, his damaged acuators allowing me to get up first. Once in a position to aim my single medium laser, I sliced off his weakened left leg in 2 shots.

He ejected, completely out of things to hurt me with. I stood, battered yet unbeaten.
