But you can take me on.

Super! OK, adding you to the brackets. We've got seven now, need one more for eight ... eight, do I hear eight? :)

LoL Y'all must be rich!

About all I can offer is a digital award, maybe some type of digital medal like the Iron Cross.

We'll call it ... the Bob Cross Cross!

Or maybe Matrix / Slitherine can toss in a free game for the winner.

We can dream!

Does it matter if we use PBEM or the new PBEM++ system?

Thoughts?

Also for some reason when I set up and tried starting The Next War 1979 scenario (the default) it is currently frozen. I noticed this early this year with this scenario. It seems to freeze up or cause a CTD for some reason.

Will report back if it CTD again for me.

I think Mr. Cross suggested taking the PBEM plus plus option off (my plus key doesn't work). It doesn't matter to me, but I wouldn't play on the server thing though, easier to play using email. I think you can email cpt flam by clicking his name...then he can reply and send you his email?

I don't mind either way (online or pbem traditional) but currently The Next War is crashing on me. Anyone else notice this?

It just wont start up. Seems like a a scenario issue.

I leave that up to you and your opponent :) As long you can save the final .pbl file that is created at the end of turn 25 for the Germsns and can send that to your opponent.
