Duplicate Brigades

Post by DJAndrews »

I recently discovered that I have two 11th Aus Bde's (Northern Command). I marched this Brigade to Townsville a while ago, and I thought that somehow a mirror image was left behind in Brisbane, but this is not the case. The units, while named the same, have different commanders, experience, morale and even the number of AT guns is slightly different. I was playing scenario 15. Has anyone else encountered this?

OOB error

Post by mogami »

Hi, It appears to be an error in the database OOB
I have to find out if it is a misnamed unit or just a duplicate.
It seems the 2nd 11th Bde comes in around 200 days from start.
Thanks for pointing it out.

Edit: Ok it seems this Bde is misnamed. It should arrive the same time as the HQ 4th Div (assigned to NC) along with the 6th and 12th Inf Bde.
The misnamed Bde is either the 2nd or 3rd Inf Bde. (all 4 Bde made up the 4th Inf Div) (as well as other units (6th Cav Bde)
It would appear that the following changes to database are in order
rename the second arriving 11th Bde to 2nd or 3rd Bde
reassign this Bde as well as 6th and 12th to HQ 4th Div (instead of directly to Northern Command)

I'm not retreating, I'm attacking in a different direction!
