Reinstalling question

Hello, this is a shot in the dark question, but some time ago, one of my computers crashed and it had the Close Combat Wacht am Rhein game on it ... but it was a version that I purchased like 10 years ago! I can't remember if I registered the game or not. Is there any possibility of somehow learning if I registered that game, and if there is a way I can download it again?

Or do I just need to purchase the game that is offered in the store now? and how do I get to the store to look at it? I keep getting this cookie thing that is not allowing me to look in the store.
